TACC operates  and maintains multiple high speed connections to research networks as well commodity connections. TACC is connected to Internet2 at 100 Gbp/s using both Advanced Layer Two Service (AL2S) and  Advanced Layer 3 Services (AL3S). TACC also connects to The Extreme Science and Engineering Discovery Environment (XSEDE), UT Research Cyberinfrastructure (UTRC), The University of Texas Austin, The University of Texas System as well as commodity Internet at 10 Gbp/s.

TACC also maintains an internal network of 40 Gb and 100 Gb infrastructure  to all TACC resources.
