VDJ Server

Purpose

VDJ Server is a web portal that provides immunology researchers with powerful data analysis infrastructure. The portal offers tools for performing immune repertoire analysis with a focus on collaboration, streamlined metadata capture, and reproducibility. The VDJ Server project is led by Lindsay Cowell the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in collaboration with the Texas Advanced Computing Center, the J. Craig Venter Institute, and Yale University. The Texas Advanced Computing Center (TACC) at The University of Texas at Austin leads the cyberinfrastructure implementation, including the high performance computing (HPC) backend, storage, and software solutions.
