Big Data in Biology Summer 2023 by: Lauren GantPublished: May 19, 2023 Dear Colleagues, The annual Big Data in Biology Summer School 2023 courses are now open for registration! The Center for Biomedical Research Support (CBRS) offers seven hands-on courses that span introductions to biocomputing, Python programming, and high-throughput DNA and RNA sequencing analysis. These courses offer unique opportunities to gain and polish skills for biological data analysis across a wide spectrum of topics. Courses last from 4 to 5 days. Students can take multiple courses and build up data analysis skills from week to week. Some classes will be either entirely in person or hybrid. UT Austin students, faculty, and staff receive a great discount off the regular course fee.
