Carol Fletcher directs Expanding Pathways in Computing (EPIC), a research and service unit of TACC launched in 2019 that focuses on broadening participation in K20 computing pathways. Carol is the former Deputy Director of the STEM Center in UT Austin's College of Education and has 30 years of experience in STEM education, professional development, research, and policy.
