Alyssa joined the Life Sciences Research Acceleration Group in June 2019 after graduating from Brown University with a degree in Computational Biology. She has experience in advanced coursework in computational biology, biomedical informatics, and human genetics, as well as prior research experience at the Mayo Clinic studying the role of rheumatoid arthritis-associated gut microbes on the immune response. Alyssa is working to mobilize researchers across the UT System to use TACC resources.
