SC14 Podcast: Brian Greene on Simulated Universes and Supercomputing

The SC14 supercomputing conference selected Brian Green to give the keynote address on November 18, 2014 in New Orleans, Louisiana. Dr. Greene is the author of the best-selling book The Elegant Universe, which was adapted into an Emmy award-winning PBS television broadcast. He's a professor of physics at Columbia University and a co-founder of the World Science Festival. His latest book is The Hidden Reality: Parallel Universes and the Deep Laws of the Cosmos. In it he describes nine types of parallel universes, one of which is computer simulated.
