The Texas Advanced Computing Center (TACC), in association with the Jackson School of Geosciences at The University of Texas at Austin, is pleased to present the second annual Scientific Software Days. The purpose of the event is to increase communication among scientific software users, vendors, and service providers.
May 15th will be a day of science-oriented presentations. On May 16, two half day tutorials will be presented:

Representatives of IBM Corp. will present the Eclipse platform and its use in parallel programming.

Representatives of Enthought Inc. will talk about the use of Python in scientific computing.
