Rosalia joined TACC as the Community Outreach Coordinator in the External Relations Group in July 2011. Rosalia manages TACC's existing outreach offerings, creates new programs, and develops partnerships with other departments and research centers at The University of Texas and in the Austin and Texas community.

Previously, Rosalia worked as the Director of MEDPEP, administered by a research center at the UCLA School of Medicine, and at Cerritos College in Southern California. In these positions she developed initiatives that boosted minority participation in medicine and the health sciences throughout the California community college system.
