IEEE Cluster 2011: Paper & Tutorial Submissions
Deadlines Extended from May 2 to May 9
AUSTIN, Texas--The submission deadline for technical papers and tutorials for the IEEE Cluster 2011 conference has been extended from May 2 to May 9. The poster submission deadline is June 22.
IEEE Cluster 2011 will be held September 26-30 in Austin, Texas, hosted by the Texas Advanced Computing Center. IEEE Cluster is the premier conference on cluster computing for computational science. Attendees will learn about the latest developments in cluster computing technologies and practices. Join the cluster computing community to discuss new directions, opportunities, and ideas that will influence the future of cluster computing. Major topics of interest include, but are not limited to:
- Systems Design and Configuration
- Tools, Systems Software, and Middleware
- Algorithms, Applications and Performance
- Storage, File Systems, Networks and Accelerators
Technical Papers: Cluster 2011 welcomes paper submissions on innovative work from researchers and practitioners in academia, government, and industry that describe original research and development efforts in cluster computing. Please limit your technical paper proposals to nine pages. Web-based submissions accepted until May 9 at 23:59 PDT (Pacific Daylight Time): http://www.tacc.utexas.edu/ieee/2011/papersubmissions.php.
Tutorials: Cluster 2011 welcomes tutorial submissions that will enhance and support the continuing education of the cluster community. The tutorial program will provide eight half-day tutorials in two parallel sessions on Monday, Sept. 26, and Friday, Sept. 30 (the day before and the day after the conference technical sessions). Please limit your tutorial proposals to five pages. Tutorial material will be distributed on USB flash drives and tutorial abstracts will be included in the conference proceedings. Submissions accepted until May 9 at 23:59 PDT (Pacific Daylight Time). Please send submissions to Henry Tufo, tutorials@ieeecluster.org.
Posters: Authors are invited to present their ongoing or recently finished work related to cluster computing in the poster session which occurs Sept. 27. Please limit your poster proposals to five pages. All accepted poster papers will be included in the conference proceedings.
