Allen is a Service and Support Specialist with TACC. His duties include user support for researchers at UT Austin, UT system, Texas institutions, and the national TeraGrid community. Allen has more than 11 years of experience creating and maintaining networks, and computer hardware troubleshooting. In addition, Allen has programming experience in C, C++, and C# and website design.
