As co-founder of Buffington Capital Holdings, Patrick has been directly involved or responsible for the sourcing, structuring, financing, and operations of every real estate project in the company portfolio. Under Patrick's supervision, Buffington Capital Holdings has grown to one of the largest private real estate development and investment firms in Central Texas. The company currently owns assets with an estimated fully developed value of over $1.2 billion dollars. In addition, Patrick has expanded strategic relationships with the company's capital partners, lenders and other real estate groups.
In July of 2007, Patrick co-founded and led the capitalization efforts of an affiliated production home building company (Buffington Homes).
Patrick holds a BA from The University of Texas at Austin. He serves on the Executive Council of the Real Estate Finance and Investment Center at the University of Texas, The University of Texas 1883 Council and The Advisory Board for the Texas Advanced Computing Center.
